Returns/Refund Policy
We hope you love your Simply Undefined items—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
Easy Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at hello@simplyundefined.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos, if there was damage or an issue
Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on:
- Used sensory items (like dough jars or rollers)
- Digital downloads
- Custom orders
- Final sale items (noted at checkout)
Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email us at hello@simplyundefined.com within 3 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund—no stress.
